Mondays in June, 6:00 – 6:30 pm.(Except June 29) Belly Dance: An artful way to exercise! Join us for a fun and glamorous way to work out that is suitable for many ages and fitness levels. Belly dance is a form that focuses on moving one part of the body while keeping the rest still. It lifts the spirits, expresses emotions, has a rich cultural history, and keeps the participant in shape. PLEASE NOTE:This is a virtual class on Zoom.
