How do I Reserve a Museum Pass?
Please call the reference desk at 914-245-5262, x 227 to request and reserve museum passes. They may be reserved up to one month in advance, and are checked out for three nights and four days. They are usually picked up the day before your museum visit and returned the day after.
Passes are for J. C. Hart Memorial Library cardholders only, and reservations are limited to one per family every 30 days. The card holder must be 18 or older and have no outstanding fines.
When picking up, please bring the library card on which you reserved the pass. Passes are picked up at and must be returned to the Reference Desk. Returning the pass in the book drop, video drop, or any other WLS library will incur a $30.00 fine. Late fee is $10.00 per day.
